The details of Willow Smith’s Roc Nation deal have been obtained, and one in particular may have some scratching their heads.
The documents, obtained by TMZ, reveal that Roc Nation entered into a recording agreement with Spooky Girl, Inc. “for exclusive recording an entertainment services of Willow Smith.”
Spooky Girl, Willow’s company, is technically headed by her father, rapper/actor Will Smith, who is officially its president. Willow’s title is that of an “employee.”

Additionally, Jada Pinkett Smith, wife of Will Smith and mother of Willow Smith, is listed as Willow’s guardian, as Will Smith cannot list himself as both parent or guardian and an employer, due to conflicting interests.
Other details, such as Willow’s earnings, are unavailable because the Roc Nation contract was filed under seal.
