With Eminem recently performing at the MTV Europe Music Awards, it has now been announced that another U.S. Hip Hop star is headed abroad to honor MTV’s foreign awards. It has been announced that Miami, Florida emcee Rick Ross will perform at December 11’s MTV African Music Awards, which will air the following Saturday, December 18 on MTV’s Base.
The event will take place in Lagos, Nigeria, and marks Rick Ross’ reported first trip to the continent of Africa. The full nominations and performances are available at MTV Base’s website.
