Fourteen years ago this month (November 12, 1996) Brooklyn, New York emcee Lil’ Kim released her platinum solo debut, Hard Core. The Undeas/Atlantic Records release featured Jay-Z, Notorious B.I.G. and Diddy, along with production from Ski Beatz, Jermaine Dupri and Stretch Armstrong. The double-platinum release helped launch a highly-successful solo career for the lady of Junior M.A.F.I.A.
In celebration of the career milestone, Kim has recently teamed with Keri Hilson to release “Buy You,” along with performing several Stateside spot-dates.
Additionally, Kim will launch her own website, TeamQueenB.com, a social networking platform where fans can register for free to interact with each other about music and life. According to ArtistPromos.com, the site is scheduled to go live on November 22.
