In August, St. Louis, Missouri emcee Nelly agreed to temporarily handle rush hour radio hosting for local 104.1 FM, while acting host Staci Static was on maternity leave. It now appears that the St. Lunatic will be taking his radio hosting abilities overseas.
TheBoomBox.com reports that Nelly will take on Saturday afternoon radio duties for Global Music Choice FM radio show in the United Kingdom. Nelly’s hosting will begin on November 6. The rapper will reportedly devote his playlists to “the biggest and best in urban music.”
As Paris Hilton previously went into the studio with Scott Storch to chase musical aspirations, another heiress is linking with a urban music star. TMZ.com announced that The-Dream is expected to produce material for Kim Kardashian.
The onetime star of E!’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians was seen living a New York recording studio last week.

Lastly, Underground Report alum emcee SoulStice has announced that his single “Do Something” will see proceeds go to Hurricane Katrina relief. Five years after the natural disaster, the emcee visited New Orleans with his family recently, and the damage and impact of the tragedy led him to writing the song and trying lend some help.
