After opening for Jay-Z and Eminem for their Home & Home concert series, B.o.B has been selected as the featured performer at President Obamaās Gen44 Summit Kick Off Concert. The performance will take place at the DAR Constitution Hall on September 30 in Washington, DC. The concert is part of a summit originated by the Democratic National Committee, which they describe as āa three-day gathering of the next generation of leaders.ā
āIām performing for Obama for a function that heās havingā¦bringing out a band and everything,ā B.o.B told Angela Yee. āItās basically a concert for the President of the United Statesā¦I actually didnāt say anything or speak to anybody about it, because I didnāt believe it at first.ā
