While it’s practically a given that MTV’s Video Music Awards is sure to have some outrageous moments, the music world is sure to watch even more intently as Billboard has announced that Taylor Swift will be performing a song about Kanye West at tonight’s VMAs.
Few can forget the controversy that ensued last year when Kanye interrupted Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech for “Best Female Video” at last year’s VMAs to proclaim that Beyonce should’ve won the award instead.
The song in question will be on Swift’s upcoming album Speak Now, which is due in October.
Staying with Kanye West news, it has been reported that the rapper will reprise his cartoon role for the debut episode of the second season of The Cleveland Show.
West’s character is the similarly-named Kenny West, a rapper that the show’s main character, Cleveland, mentors.
Season two of the show begins airing September 26 on Fox.
