Last month, HipHopDX announced that Get On Down Records was re-releasing the 2LP deluxe version of Ghostface Killah‘s 1996 debut, Ironman. Just weeks later, Get On Down told DX that Tony Starks’ sophomore album, Supreme Clientele will follow suit.
The Massachusetts-based Get On Down will re-release Supreme Clientele on Ocober 12. Originally released January 25 of 2000, Ghost’s sophomore album prompted such hits as “Apollo Kids” and “Cherchez LaGhost.” The work boasted production from RZA, Mathematics, Inspectah Deck, as well as The Beatnuts’ Juju. The Wu-Tang Clan extensively featured on the album’s vocals, as well as Redman, Cappadonna and Sunz of Man members Hell Razah and 60 Second Assassin.
The authorized 2LP gatefold re-release of the gold-certified album will feature a 24″ x 24″ two-sided poster featuring black-and-white Ghostface photography.
Supreme Clientele was among HipHopDX’s Top 10 Albums of the ’00s.

Ghostface is by far the most consistent member of The WU. Good move on the re-release.
