In a recent Tweet, Duck Down Records CEO Dru Ha announced that Rock, one half of Brooklyn duo Heltah Skeltah, was acquitted of charges of attempted murder. Dru wrote “Exhale for @RocknessMonstah & congratulations to his attorney Kenneth Montgomery for the NOT GUILTY VERDICT! Incredible job.”

In January 2008, Rock was accused of working as a pimp and shooting a rival pimp. He was released on $125,000 bail, proclaiming his innocence in the shooting, assault and claim that he worked as a pimp.
