Young Money star Nicki Minaj is heavily in the headlines this 2010, and the Queens-born emcee has yet to release an album. Last week, it was announced that Minaj, a 2008 DXnext alum, will be sued by an exotic car rental company used for her Sean Garrett-assisted “Massive Attack” video.

The suit, available for download at RadarOnline.com, states that Minaj rented a 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago, and her and various reps from her label used the car without permission. Shot in a desert, with several dirt road, driving scenes, the suit claims Minaj used the limited production V12 automobile for “off-roading.” Additionally, the car appeared in the video in Nicki’s signature pink, which was reportedly a wrap, going against the rental agreement.

Hollywood Exotic Car Rental reportedly seeks over $11,000 in damages from Minaj. The Young Money rapper has yet to speak publicly on the suit.
