With Valentine’s Day coming up, rapper and family man Rev. Run is offering his help in marrying one lucky couple. Having been ordained a minister in 1995, Run will officiate one wedding as part of the Rock ‘n’ Roll Wedding Contest at the Gypsy Bar in Atlantic City.
Couples hoping to have their nuptials overseen by Rev. Run must submit their love stories here. Winners will also be treated to a bachelorette party with deejay Samantha Ronson, and a Kid Rock performance at the reception.
In other news, The Roots, K’Naan, and Usher will take to the stage at this year’s Winter Olympics in Vancouver. The performances will take place during the Victory Ceremonies, where they will share the stage with the winning athletes being awarded medals.
The Roots will perform on Feb. 25, K’Naan on Feb. 26, and Usher will close out the winter games on Feb. 27.
