Earlier this year [click to read], the Urban Network and Be Seen and Be Heard, a program created by Warren “Flaw” Griffin Jr., teamed up to give aspiring artists a chance to have their music critiqued by some of the industry’s more notable players.
Now, under Warren’s own company Chart Vision, a new segment of Be Seen and Be Heard will take place in Los Angeles on November 14.
Charity Duplechan, Creative Manager for Rondor Music Publishing and one of this years’ panelists views the program as a great asset for the industry, explaining, “Be Seen and Be Heard is a great tool for aspiring writers and artists. It allows the writer/artist to get an opportunity that most wish they could have–an executive level response to their work. It’s positive and useful, it will either allow them to work harder or realize the music industry is not for them.”
Below is the list of panelists expected to be present:

In other news, Sean “Diddy” Combs’Ciroc Vodka will be unveiling two new flavors come next year.
Because of increased sales, the Ciroc brand is set to add coconut and red-berry to its regiment of premium vodka. Since Diddy initially partnered with Diageo plc, the world’s leading liquor maker, Ciroc sales have reportedly risen from 60,000 cases sold in July of ‘07 to 400,000 at the end of this years’ sales report. Diddy holds a 50% stake in the brand.
On the musical side, Diddy is still at work on his romantically-inspired album Last Train To Paris, which is expected out in early 2010.
