The music video has already racked up 4.3 million views since its release (as of press time), and is trending at No.4 in YouTube’s music category.

“‘Cause karma is my boyfriend/ Karma is a God/ Karma is the breeze in my hair on the weekend,” Swift sings in the chorus. “Karma’s a relaxing thought/Aren’t you envious that for you it’s not?”

Ice then swoops in with her Bronx flavor to make the track her own: “Karma is your chеck’s ’boutta bounce (Damn)/ Karma is a fire in your house (Grrah)/ And she ’boutta pop up unannounced (Like)/ And she never leavin’ you alone (Damn)/ Watch her put ya opps on a throne (Damn).”

Ahead of the project’s release, Ice and Taylor shared the news about the unlikely collab via social media. It immediately caused a frenzy amongst both the Swifites and the Spice Cabinet.

Separately, on the day of the music video’s release, Ice Spice seemed to be soaking in the moment and shared a photo of herself in a sexy black number and photos from Swift’s Eras Tour.

On the other hand, the collab has some raised eyebrows, after a clip resurfaced of Swift’s rumored boyfriend, 1975 singer, Matt Healy, referring to the rapper as “Inuit Spice Girl,”  during his appearance on comedian Adam Friedland’s podcast earlier this year.

Taking it a step further, Healy described Ice as a “chubby Chinese lady,” and a “fucking Eskimo.”

In other related news, Ice Spice, along with Nicki Minaj, Lizzo, and several other heavy hitters have been invited by the Barbie movie’s executive music producer, Mark Ronson, to appear on the upcoming film’s soundtrack.
