Honor Flow Productions Explains Why They Had To Consolidate As A Group

Honor Flow Productions is gaining traction on the West Coast as a production group and their recent release of the video for “This That Jam” is a perfect example of it.

Recently sitting down with HipHopDX, the trio talked about the difficulties of working as a large group and why they consolidated to three.

“It’s hard keeping a big lineup together,” the group relayed via a segment of today’s (October 28) DX Daily. “Other people have other priorities. [Our] base player went back to Singapore one of the other members of the group is in med school now… We got to a point to where it’s like let’s try the trio because we’re still DJing and we of course want to continue doing music.”

Honor Flow Productions also explained when they knew they had a hit with “This That Jam.”

“I think what did it for us was a friend of ours named Juron, his kids sent me an Instagram flick of him singing the chorus,” they explained. “When the kids sing it [you’ve done it].”

    1. Glad you gave Honor Flow the spotlight, Chuck is a stand up dude. First met him in 2010 at the One Nation Hip Hop Summit and he reps the culture essence right. That old school influence is definitely present… Peace

      1. Chuck is not a stand up dude. Chuck is a scammer and will try to screw you out of your money when you book him.

    2. One of the emcees is wearing Bret Hart sunglasses! I’m sold. Their music is pretty dope. Definitely a fan

    3. Don’t hire these guys, they took our security deposit for our wedding and then refused to DJ, and tried to keep the security deposit. Scam artists. Always use protection, kids.
