    And we’re back with this week’s edition of Hip Hop Live,
    where we give you the heads up on the hottest upcoming shows! This week kicks
    it off with KRS-One and MC Lyte at the Berklee Performance Center in Boston, MA on Saturday (July 19) at
    8:00 PM. The same day, Scarface performs
    at the Jannus Landing Courtyard in St. Petersburg, US at 9:00 PM.

    On Sunday (July 20) N.E.R.D.
    graces the House of Blues San Diego in
    San Diego, CA
    at 7:00 PM. UK artist Dizzee Rascal will be peforming at the Emos Austin in Austin TX on Monday
    (Julyv 21) at 10:00 PM – the same day Wylcef
    Jean
    will show at the Showbox at the
    Market
    in Seattle, WA at 8:00 PM.

    Hieroglyphics hit
    the stage two days in a row, as they perform at The Social in Orlando, FL on Tuesday (July 22) at 10:00 PM, and at the Masquerade in Atlanta, GA
    on Wednesday (July 23) at 7:00PM. Slcik
    Rick
    will be performing at Europa in
    Brooklyn, NY on
    Thursday (July 24) at 8:00 PM, while David
    Banner

    Chicago
    show in Chicago,
    IL on the same day.

    Although David Banner
    cancelled, Cypress Hill is still
    on to show at House of Blues Chicago on
    Friday (July 25) at 6:00 PM. The same day, Snoop
    Dogg
    hits House of Blues Myrtle
    Beach
    in Myrtle Beach, SC
    at 8:00 PM, while Young Buck is
    scheduled for a 9:00 PM performance at the Zoo
    Bar
    in Detroit, MI.

    Looking ahead, the SoCo
    Music Experience
    is a series of music festivals

    across the US
    free to anyone 21 and over. The
    first show is on August 23 in San Diego, CA in the Ace
    Parking Lot
    in Petco Park,
    featuring Common, The Black Keys, Kinky, Saul Williams, Grand
    Ole Party
    and other acts. The second show will take place on September 6 at
    Madison in Willow Island, WI at the Alliant Energy Center. The show will feature The Roots, The Black Keys, GZA, Benevento
    Russo Duo, Ha Ha Tonka, Shoeless Revolution, The Selfish Gene, Roots Collective.
