Eminem‘s Relapse [click to read] held at the #9 place. The Aftermath effort is still promised to be the first, as 50 Cent‘s Before I Self Destruct and Dr. Dre‘s Detox are on deck respectively.
While Ace Hood and Maino both fell considerably from their lukewarm opening weeks, Def Jam rookie Jeremih stayed on for another 30,000 units, nearly half of what the Chicago-born sensation garnered last week.
Lastly in the top of the urban charts, Beyonce‘s I Am Sasha Fierce [click to read] is just inches away from triple-platinum status, certifying the Destiny’s Child star to true pinnacle success in her solo endeavors.

Complete with an Eminem appearance, The Alchemist‘s [click to read] Chemical Warfare [click to read] watched the bi-coastal producer take his album to a #63 position, with 7,000 units sold. The effort finds the Mobb Deep/Soul Assassins family member backed by videos and a heavy press campaign.
Another E1 release, the RZA-backed Wu Tang Presents…Chamber Music [click to read] fell over 70 places. With extensive production from M.O.P.‘s Lil Fame (as Fizzy Womack) and a historic guest-list (Masta Ace, Kool G Rap, Sadat X), the album perhaps received additional attention last week as heavy-handed Wu member Inspectah Deck expressed his dislike of Joe Budden on MP3s and Rock The Bells stages.
Lastly, underground Rap veteran Cage [click to read] unveiled his second Def Jux full-length. Depart From Me [click to read] is an effort balancing between the Brooklyn rapper’s former drug habits, his Rock influences, and the death of his Weathermen brother Camu Tao. The effort sold just under 4,000 units, marking El-P‘s label’s first chart appearance in 2009.
