Silverback Records will be releasing the legendary D.O.C’s new LP on March 15th. “Duece” is loaded with big name cameos from the usual suspects, Dre, Kurupt, Xzibit, Ice Cube, Nate Dogg and MC Ren will all lend their talents. Dre will appear on the apparent lead single, which is called “Gorilla Pimpin.’”
Those grimey-ass white boys Non-Phixion are finally set to drop their long-awaited LP. “The Future Is Now” will drop on March 26th on Landspeed. The album will of course feature some rugged beats from Necro, but it will also have the sounds of Primo, Extra P and Pete Rock. Guest appearances on the mic will include MF Doom, Dilated Peoples, Fear Factory and The Deftones.
Heather B will drop her new album, “Eternal Affairs” on February 12th. Word has it that the one and only DJ Premier was on boards for most of the album.
Suge Knight seems to be up to his old tricks again, Tha Row’s official website has a news posting that claims Kurupt has once again signed with them. DPG’s site was of course quick to deny. You’ve gotta admire Suge’s persistence for pissing people off with petty tactics.
