Goodie Mob Announces 2013 U.S. Tour Dates

    The four original members of Atlanta, Georgia-based Hip Hop collective Goodie Mob (CeeLo, Big Gipp, Khujo, and T-Mo) are going on their first nationwide tour since 2009.

    The Dungeon Family representatives will be performing their classics and new material off their forthcoming project Age Against The Machine, the fifth full-length album in a discography that began growing when the conscious spitters hit the scene with their 1995 Gold-certified Soul Food

    Their upcoming album and tour will include Grammy Award-winning artist Cee Lo Green, who is reuniting with his Goodie Mob team after a 14-year hiatus.

    This 11-city tour kicks off in Washington, D.C. at the 9:30 club on August 24 and concludes in their home city of Atlanta at the ONE MusicFest on September 14. 

    “For this tour we’re doing what we used to back in the old Goodie Mob days,” said T-Mo in a press release statement “It’s all four of us hitting at the same time. We say our little prayer together, touch hands, get up on that stage, and transform in to ‘that’ Goodie Mob” 

    The Southern emcees have an impressive history that spans over two decades of music which includes three Gold-certified projects.

    Their radio single “Special Education” featuring Janelle Monae off the Age Against The Machine album recently dropped.
