Ginuwine has been back in the gym putting in work, and he has the results to prove it.

On Monday (November 27), the “Pony” singer took to Instagram to show off the abs he’s reacquired after just two weeks of returning to a fitness routine – and he also revealed that new music is on the way.

Ginuwine made headlines last month amid the release of Britney Spears’ new memoir, The Woman In Me – though it wasn’t about what he did. Instead, it revealed a moment in the 2000s when Britney’s then-boyfriend Justin Timberlake ran into the Virginia native and allegedly adopted a “blaccent” to impress him.

“His band *NSYNC was what people called back then ‘so pimp,'” Brit wrote. “They were white boys but they loved Hip Hop. To me, that’s what separated them from the Backstreet Boys, who seemed very consciously to position themselves as a white group. *NSYNC hung out with Black artists.”

She continued: “Sometimes, I think they tried too hard to fit in. One day, J and I were in New York going to parts of town I’d never been to before. Walking our way was a guy with a huge blinged-out medallion. He was flanked by two giant security guards. J got all excited and said so loud, ‘Oh yeah, fo shizz, fo shizz. Ginuwine! What’s up, homie?’

“After Ginuwine walked away, Felicia [Britney’s former assistant] did an impression of J. ‘Oh yeah, fo shizz, fo shizz. Ginuwine!’ J wasn’t even embarrassed. He just took it and looked at her like, ‘Okay, fuck you, Felicia.'”

In other news, Ginuwine, Tyrese and Tank have set aside their differences and recently reunited as TGT.

Last month, G shared a clip of the trio back together, with Tank giving an informal speech to a small group of people in which he confirms the return of the supergroup.

“I love you brothers in real life,” he began, referring to his group mates. “And I want nothing but the best for you all, personally, and I want nothing but the best for the R&B universe. There’s people who look up to us, for the people who follow us, for the people who’re inspired by us, the people who’re just connected to us in ways we can never imagine.

He then cut straight to the chase, saying: “The only way to seal that legacy is to bring this muthafucka back.”
