Three new “Get Your Buzz Up” showcases have been announced for New York City, New York and Madison, Wisconsin.
HipHopDX, Ground Up Ent., Coast2CoastMixtapes and Flud Watches will present the showcases, with two occurring in NYC (Nov. 21-22) and one in Madison (Nov. 13).
The Madison show will take place at High Noon (700 E. Washington Ave.). J Hatch is set to host while DJ Pain 1 will provide music. Judges for the event include !llmind, Buckwild, HipHopDX’s Mike Trampe and more. Special performances come courtesy of 2010 GYBU winner E Sweez, Smokes, C Dill, Romey, Motion and more.
The NYC shows will take place at Webster Hall (125 E. 11th Street). J Hatch will host and Drawzilla will provide music. Judges include !llmind, Rockwilder, HipHopDX’s Mike Trampe and Jimi Kendrix.
Prizes for the events include an all expenses paid trip to Miami for a performance at the iStandard Producer Showcase, an in-studio video shoot, interviews and more.

Haha, just another showcase scam, $350? WTF? They probably just select everyone, even if they know the group or artist has no chance of actually winning, people need to start “occupying” these types of showcases. If you’re a real artist go out and play your own shows and network with people out of state, dont fall into this “showcase” trap.
