G Herbo appears to have called it quits with his fiancée Taina Williams — but his decision hasn’t gone down well.
The Chicago rapper seemingly confirmed the split on Tuesday (June 6), taking to his Instagram Stories to declare that he’s “single.”

Herbo (real name Herbert Wright III) and Williams — a fashion and social media influencer who is the daughter of Fabolous’ longtime girlfriend Emily Bustamante — began dating in 2019 and share two children: a two-year-old son named Essex and a one-year-old daughter named Emmy.
The couple had kept their engagement quiet until the news was revealed during Swervo’s federal fraud case in late 2020.

While it’s unclear what led to their apparent breakup, eagle-eyed fans noticed that Herbo seemingly didn’t take kindly to a recent Instagram post from Williams where she modeled a skimpy bodysuit that flaunted her figure.
“You coulda had on some boy shorts type shit,” the Humble Beast rapper commented underneath the video.
Herbo has since deleted his Instagram Story and Williams has yet to address the post.
The news has not only come as a shock to many of the former couple’s fans, but has resulted in a fair amount of backlash aimed at G Herbo from those who believe he’s wrong to abandon his baby mother.
“Bro fix ya family ! Ain’t shit out here & God ain’t gone keep sending you ‘good women,'” one person wrote in an Instagram comment, while another said: “Boy. If you don’t go back home and help put your babies to BED!”

Others implied G Herbo has been unfaithful to Taina Williams by claiming he’s already been acting like a “single” man throughout their relationship.
“He beeeennn single if we being honest,” read one comment, while another speculated: “That man been in the streets for a while now, he’s just in his feelings [crying face emoji].”
Herbo recently opened up his past infidelity, admitting he began hooking up with Taina Williams when he was still with his ex-girlfriend Ari Fletcher, with whom he shares a five-year-old son named Yosohn.
“I was young, I was dumb! I ain’t know no better, I was just doing shit!” he said on Yung Miami’sCaresha Please podcast last year.

“Me and Ari was at a space, and I done talked to her about this already, I done already bid my peace and apologized. We was at a space where, like I said, mentally I be going through shit and I gotta separate myself from shit.”
He added: “Me and her was having our differences, but that was no excuse to cheat on her, that was not why I cheated on her. I didn’t intentionally do all that.”
