G.A.ME Hosting Panel Discussion Honoring Women

    Grassroots Artists MovEment (G.A.ME.) will celebrate their fifth
    anniversary on Fri. Nov. 17, with a panel discussion at Hunter College
    in New York City. G.A.ME is an international, non-profit organization
    providing healthcare to families without aduqiate health insurance,
    primarily geared toward artists.

    Kim Osario, Amanda Diva, Rosa Clemente, Neneh-Jalloh-Adewale and Dr.
    Roxanne Shante
    are scheduled to speak on the panel, which will be
    moderated by writer, Karen Hunter. The panel was created to honor women
    and allow the public to learn from professional women, speaking on
    topics including, Hip-Hop, media, business, international politics and
    women’s issues.

    “This event is to honor the sisters who are professionals in the
    game and who are not a lot of times, getting the same respect they
    deserve,
    ” said Omowale Adewale of kickgame.com, one of the event’s
    sponsors.

    There will also be performances by Immortal Technique and Papoose,
