Fred The Godson Signs To eOne Music

Bronx, New York emcee Fred The Godson has signed with eOne Music through Mass Appeal/Block Work Music. An executive for the label confirmed the signing today to HipHopDX. The announcement came just hours after the label formerly known as Koch Records confirmed that they had signed former Interscope Records artist, Mobile, Alabama’s Rich Boy.

Fred, a former XXL Freshman, had released Big Bronx and other notable mixtapes in addition to appearances on retail projects by Jadakiss, Freddie Gibbs & Statik Selektah, KRS-One & Showbiz and Sha Stimuli.

eOne is presently home to fellow Bronx native Fat Joe, as well as Styles P and Slim Thug.

      1. 50 called koch a graveyard but g-unit is the real fuckin graveyard. Fred is crazy unique and lyrically solid and just needs the right production and direction. Rooting for dude. Fuck the corny haters that dont know true talent.

      2. its only a Graveyard label when established artist that already had major label backing goes to Koch but for an up in coming artist that never really had mainstream success like Fred it’s a serious come up
