Public Enemy member Flavor Flav is due in court next month (June 19) for unpaid child support. The 53 year-old rapper/reality television star owes a mother to three of his seven children over $110,000, reports TMZ.com. Angie Parker of Albany, New York claims that Flav has not paid his weekly payments of $837 in years. The entertainer may face jail-time if convicted.
Flav has yet to comment on the charges.
In the last 20 years, Flavor Flav has served time for assault, drug charges and driving with a supsended license.

UPDATE: According to NYDN, Flavor Flav has avoided jail time by paying $25,000 to the mother of his three children. He also agreed to pay an additional $1,200 per month to help reduce his debt.

If he was in the UK it would be the equivalent of paying 533.35 per week which is over 2,000 per month for the upkeep of three kids. I have three kids and I don’t pay even pay a 1/3 of that. I guess its all relative when it comes to his actual income after tax but its a heck of a lot of money to pay for food and general upkeep.
