Finesse2Tymes has been sued by a man who says he acted as the rapper’s driver during a violent incident in June, 2023 that occurred in a nightclub in Decatur, Georgia,

Ernest Flores originally filed suit against the now-closed venue’s owners last October, but an amended version of the complaint was filed in early January, which is when Finesse2Tymes appears to have been added.

The complaint, spotted by TMZ, accuses the rapper of failing to do enough to help with crowd control, and the venue for allowing the event to go on despite, per the outlet, “knowing the risk of criminal activity and the large crowd expected.”

At 3 AM during an afterparty for Birthday Bash Weekend at which Finesse was performing, gunfire reportedly broke out inside the club due to an argument. Five people, initial articles claimed, were shot.

Finesse2Tymes had a different kind of trouble last year when a “20 Vs. 1” dating show he was on took an ugly turn when a fight broke out.

The “Back End” rapper then charges at the other man, who apparently gets knocked over by a different person. Finesse retreats and begins to talk to the man that insulted him.

Finesse was in the headlines around that time for other surprising reasons as well, when he shockingly discovered that he was raising a child that wasn’t actually his.
