Finesse2Tymes has been committed to losing weight and getting healthy, though he has now realized that his physical and mental wellbeing require different efforts.
On Friday (May 24), the 31-year-old shared a series of clips on Instagram in which he can be seen working out, eating healthy and tracking his progress as the song “Mixed Feelings” plays over the video montage.

In the caption, however, he admitted that he’s still far from feeling great.
“Weight loss journey going well , thanks for all the prayers , to my fans and supporters much love,” the Memphis native wrote. “Physically im 100% better , Mentally im not , i think i need to see a therapist, i never been into paying people for advice.”
The Tennessee rapper has been trying to lose weight for quite some time, and he even admitted that it’s not as easy as he initially expected.
Taking to social media earlier this month, the “Letter To The Devil” hitmaker revealed that he’d gone on a 21-day fruit-and-water fast in an effort to kickstart his fitness journey.
“This my 4th time starting over,” he wrote in the caption of his post. “But u know how the saying goes , U fall down 9 time get up 10 times. I use to think money solved everthing , Until I got money , Now I’m struggling on mental,physical,spiritual journey , If u have a heart pray for me , I’m at war with myself #Artofwar.”
In April, NBA Youngboy roasted Finesse2Tymes after the “Get Even” rapper offered him the chance to FaceTime his girlfriend for $250,000.

Finesse appeared to quickly rescind the offer, subsequently writing on Instagram: “I was trolling, Ion play bout shugga her loyalty worth more than money, if only ya’ll know what we done been through in the short period of time.
“The feds got me all through shug paperwork, they tryna get her to fold on me REAL BAD but she won’t do it, that’s why she on that monitor.”

In a follow-up video, he claimed that YoungBoy is “throwed off mentally” and said he wouldn’t engage with the Baton Rouge rapper considering he experienced mental health struggles himself.
referring to YB’s Utah house arrest, he added: “On top of that, he’s been in the house for two years. He’s basically in a luxury cell.”

The Last Slimeto rapper didn’t take kindly to this as he then began taking aim at Finesse2Tymes online.

He then claimed that his peer had made an advance on his wife, saying: “You wrote my hoe. I ain’t tell your botched ass nothing when you played with my hoe, n-gga. I just posted your bitch! Then you doubled back and played with my wife.
