Fantasia gained many fans when her debut followed her successful season on American Idol. Later, the star revealed many of her hardships in a book. A film on her life is being discussed and Fantasia has signed on to play herself.
The film, Life is Not a Fairytale will chronicle the ups and downs of the singers life. It will also tackle topics such as single-parent families, poverty, illiteracy and sexual abuse.
In related news, rumors swirled throughout airwaves and the net about Kanye West and Fantasia being an item. These rumors, much like those of Pamela Anderson and Kanye are false.
‘Ye is still with his girlfriend of many years and Fantasia and West have only toured together.
They do have one thing in common, though: films.
Earlier this month, it was reported that Kanye teamed up with New Line Cinema to create a film based on the rapper/producer’s music. No date on the project has been finalized as of yet.
