Eminem makes a cameo appearance in the new trailer for Happy Gilmore 2 and can be seen getting into it with Adam Sandler.
While his appearance is only brief and Em seems to be wearing a disguise, the rap legend makes a notable impression, calling the title character a “jackass” as they appear to start rowing.
Sandler recently hyped up Eminem’s appearance in the long-awaited comedy sequel during an appearance on The Dan Patrick Show.
He said: “Eminem was cool, he came by, he was great. I’ve known Eminem for a long time, he’s a great guy and he came in and was funny as hell. I think we just hung out a day with Eminem and he just shot and shot and he was insane. [He] said a million things we can use and a million that we’re glad we have him on tape.”
The trailer also features a number of other cameos including from Bad Bunny, Travis Kelce, Post Malone and Becky Lynch as well as a number of professional golfers such as Rory McIlroy, Jordan Spieth and Scottie Scheffler.
Happy Gilmore 2 is released on July 25 by Netflix and follows the eponymous golfer as he comes out of retirement to pay for his daughter’s ballet tuition.
As well as Sandler, returning cast members include Ben Stiller, Christopher McDonald and Julie Bowen.
A number of stars from the first film including Carl Weathers, Richard Kiel and Frances Bay passed away between the production of the two movies.
Eminem will not be the only rapper appearing in the film after it was previously reported that both Kid Cudi and Cam’ron had been cast in Happy Gilmore 2.
Cudi announced his own casting on Instagram, saying: “I’ve been wanting to talk about this for a minute!!! This is so fuckin HUGE. Its been a long time dream of mine to work w Adam, hes my favorite, and his movies and comedy made up my childhood.
“Another dream come true. BLESSED!! Get ready, this ones gonna be EPIC.”
Killa Cam’s role is expected to be more of a cameo, perhaps related to his It Is What It Is sports talk show.

1996. I love the original, and this looks horrible. Only d riding fans are lying to themselves saying this looks good… I’m sick of them ruining their own classics, 25+ years later. If they wanted to do Haopy Gilmore 2, the should’ve done in 1999, not 2025. Adam Sandler isn’t so good for comedic roles in general anymore. His voice is hoarse, his demeanor is calm.

This trailer was better shows a way better plot. Honestly would be down for other sequels That’s My Boy 2 the mom gets out of jail, Zohan 2, Big Daddy 2 now the kids are dad, Just Go With It 2 liked Aniston and Sandler’s characters there more, Grown Ups 3 make them grandparents and bring Rob back, Grandma’s Boy 2 set in modern day gaming, Mr Deeds 2, a Joe Dirt cartoon, and honesty if the lead female was healthy Billy Madison 2.
Please, no. Stop doing crappy remakes or sequels. They’re 99% terrible.

really hope this movie is amazing looks good already
I don’t know what all the batching a fussing is about. This looks like a fun movie. My expectations aren’t high because a movie like this, the shouldn’t be. That’s what will allow it to be a fun movie. If anything, we need more movies like this one.
Ppl are sick of classics being ruined. It’s that simple. Ruining legacies by making crappy sequels. As you said, your expectations aren’t high… so you too expect it to be bad as a whole. It’s fine to want it, but I’d just prefer they come up with new ideas than rehash old ideas in a very poor way.
