Dwight Howard’s sexual assault accuser has shared some more info about the NBA legend’s alleged love life just days after rapper Ma$e roasted the center guard.
According to Radar Online, Stephen Harper — who is suing Howard for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment — dropped a photo of the alleged third person involved in their threesome, a cross-dresser known only as “Kitty,” on social media.

“With all due respect, Kitty is an older unattractive person in their 40s,” Harper wrote in his complaint, per the outlet. “Hours into me being at Dwight Howard’s home, he ambushed me with this person.
“Kitty walked in with a full beard, 2-inch heels and a 28 pcs church wig. Immediately I was thrown off, uncomfortable and expressed that I wanted to leave.”

Howard previously admitted to having a threesome with a man and with “Kitty,” and claimed the sex was consensual, per a previous Radar Online report. While some reports suggested that “Kitty” was a transperson, it is unclear if this is the case based on the court documents that are currently available.
However, both Howard and Harper acknowledge that “Kitty” is “a man dressed as a woman,” or a cross-dresser.

The latest revelation in the case comes just a few days after Ma$e reacted to Dwight Howard’s sexual assault allegations.
Addressing the claims on Wednesday’s (October 25) episode of It Is What It Is, Ma$e called cap on the belief that “people don’t care what you do on your own time,” citing the reports tied to Howard as a reason he isn’t on an NBA roster this season.
“We gotta stop telling people, ‘I don’t care what you do on your own time.’ Because we do care… And women, you gotta stop. We gotta stop telling n-ggas, ‘What you do in your own personal time has nothing to do with me.’ It does matter. Those are the lies that are going on in society,” Ma$e began.
“We tell people it don’t matter but behind your back it matters. And that’s what we gotta first start off by saying. You hear [co-host] Stat saying what people do in their bedroom, that’s between them. Not necessarily true but I understand. You telling them it don’t matter but then it does matter. Anybody watching this knows it does matter.”

He continued: “People will say, ‘It don’t matter.’ But as soon as they find out, it matters. So they outing them. When it comes down to making money off the story, it matters. When it comes down to who dating you it’s gonna matter. When it comes down to if you’re gonna be in the locker room with them, it matters. Because there’s about 30 teams who didn’t sign Dwight Howard because it matters.”
