Drake continues to stay winning as he’s now been crowned Hip Hop’s 2023 MVP by Spotify’s RapCaviar.

Despite only being August, Drake will be taking home Hip Hop’s 2023 MVP honors over the likes of Metro Boomin, Lil Baby, 21 Savage and more in what appears to be a fan-voted award.

“The people have spoken. 2023’s #AllRapCaviar MVP is Drake,” RapCaviar‘s Instagram captioned a post on Monday (July 31).

With Drizzy’s success often comes the haters, and there were plenty of frustrated rap fans who flooded the comment section dissing Drake along with RapCaviar.

“Drake hasn’t dropped anything good since scorpion,” one person claimed, while another wrote: “Drake could fart into a mic and his d riders would still vote him.”

Even though Drake hasn’t dropped an album in 2023 yet — which is expected to change very soon with For All The Dogs on the horizon — he’s kept busy dishing out assists like recently appearing in menacing fashion on Travis Scott’s UTOPIA album.

The 6 God also flexed his bars in the freestyle format when he stopped by On The Radar Radio for a lyrical exercise with Central Cee last month.

RapCaviar caught up with Kevin Durant as the NBA superstar showered Drake with praise, claiming he’d start the 6 God over Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole.

The Phoenix Suns forward even gave Drake the nod at the top of his Top 5 greatest rappers with JAY-Z, Biggie Smalls, 2Pac and Scarface rounding out the list.

Drake continued his It’s All A Blur Tour Monday night (July 31) in Philadelphia where he was escorted to the stage with his once-foe Meek Mill and Drizzy dedicated the show to Gillie Da Kid’s son, Cheese, who was tragically murdered last month.
