Drake has been criticized by Uncle Luke for his reaction to Rick Ross and his entourage being attacked at a Canadian music festival.
The 6 God was seen liking a video of Rozay and his team getting jumped after the MMG mogul played Kendrick Lamar‘s diss track “Not Like Us” at the Ignite Music Festival in Vancouver.

In a video posted online, the 2 Live Crew legend Uncle Luke expressed concern over the rap feud turning violent.
“This whole fighting with my boy Rick Ross and his guys in Canada, that’s unacceptable,” he said. “That [isn’t] supposed to happen. And what’s more unacceptable is when Mr. Drake liked the post.

“I expect more out of Mr. Drake. When there is violence, you don’t condone it. Drake, you should be bigger than that. You don’t like no posts because here’s what happens: there’s always a backlash to it all.”
He added: “Even if you were not involved, half of the country thinks you set the man up. They book a show in Canada and you send your goons out there to agitate and start a fight with Ross. When you, Mr. Drake, liked the post, you inserted yourself into violence with Mr. Ross and his crew.”

Luke then compared the situation to the fatal 1990s feud between 2Pac and The Notorious B.I.G.: “Let me say this, as a broke of peace for 2Pac and Biggie, I’ve seen how this shit end, man.”
The Miami Hip Hop pioneer also called on Drake to “be the bigger man” over the feud, citing his age and influence on younger generations.

In addition to liking footage of the fight, the Toronto rap star trolled Rick Ross with numerous social media posts of him celebrating Canada Day and listening to “Northern Touch” by the Rascalz who, not coincidentally, are from Vancouver.
Uncle Luke is not the first person to express concern over Drake and Rick Ross’ beef, with actor and comedian Marlon Wayans recently calling for peace in the heated feud.
In an Instagram post, he urged the pair, as well as Kendrick Lamar and The Game, to follow J. Cole‘s lead and bury the hatchet.
“Dear hip-hop, it’s all fun and games until people start getting hurt,” he wrote. “Remember this, HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF! I knew Tupac, I knew Biggie. I partied with them, hung out with them, saw them both 20 minutes before they got shot.

“Violence is real. Everyone can be touched. Don’t entertain the devil. I love @champagnepapi love @richforever love @kendricklamar love @losangelesconfidentinal [The Game] and I say to all my brothers there’s enough for everyone to eat.”
Wayans added: “Y’all all need to what @realcolworld did. With peace, with love, with positivity. Life is short… even shorter if you spend your energy on breaking each other down instead of building each other up.
