Drake has received some high praise from Michael B. Jordan, who said the Toronto rap star should be ranked higher than Hip Hop greats like 2Pac and JAY-Z.
During an interview with Complex, the actor made it clear he thinks Drake should be regarded as the G.O.A.T. Jordan, who was joined by his Creed III co-star Jonathan Majors, noted Drizzy’s commercial success and his ability to cross different genres.

The conversation came about during segment called “GOAT Talk” where the pair were asked to name their G.O.A.T.s. From athletes and food to entertainers and, of course, rappers, the two movie stars got very candid about their favorites.
Both Majors and Jordan struggled with making their choices, calling the decision “tough.” Majors noted he was conflicted with choosing between 2Pac and JAY-Z, whereas, Jordan said there was only one clear choice, and it was Drake. “Fight me,” he said of his choice.
According to 36-year-old actor, Drake pens rhymes that speak directly to things he’s experienced “consistently.”
Speaking of Drizzy’s rhymes, the father of one has revealed that he might have some regrets regarding name-dropping his exes in his music, especially after one of the women made him think about how the shout-outs impacted them.

After reflecting on when he might retire during a recent chat with Lil Yachty, the conversation turned to Drake’s 2016 song “Weston Road Flows,” on which he suggested that he would retire at 35.
“I hate hearing that shit,” Drizzy said of what he now considers to be an ageist statement. “I heard it the other night. I think that and some times when I’ve said girls’ names in songs, maybe those are the two things that I look back on and I’m like, ‘Maybe I coulda done without, like, shitting on people for age or disrupting somebody’s life.’”

He continued: “The lyrics are never with ill intent, but I had somebody tell me one time, ‘You know, it’s not necessarily what you’re saying about me, it’s the fact that you said it.’”
In other Drake news, the OVO rapper will join J.Cole to headline his Dreamville Festival in April.
Dreamville Festival will return to Raleigh, North Carolina’s Dorothea Dix Park on April 1 and 2. Cole had previously teased the lineup announcement by calling it “the hardest festival lineup ever” on Twitter.
And he didn’t seem to be joking, as Usher is set to headline the Saturday, which will include additional performances from Ari Lennox, Lil Durk, City Girls, Sean Paul, Jessie Reyez, EarthGang and others.

As for Sunday, J. Cole and Drake will close out the festival with a historical dual performance, while the likes of Burna Boy, GloRilla, J.I.D, Summer Walker, Bas and Waka Flocka Flame will also hit the stage.
