Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg Are Giving Warren G The Silent Treatment

Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg have been accused by their former friend and collaborator, Warren G, of ignoring him.

Appearing on the Ugly Monkey podcast, the “Regulate” legend, who is also Dre’s step-brother, admitted that he has no relationship with the duo.

He said: “Snoop and Dre get down and they doing things and it’s no diss to neither one of them or anything like that but it’s like, y’all could call Warren to come do a cameo or come hang out or something I don’t want no money or nothing from nobody just call me to be around.”

Warren G then detailed how he was invited to the Super Bowl by Snoop but was not allowed backstage during their historic 2022 performance.

“I was trying to get downstairs, to get down in the back, ’cause I had my son with me and he was home from the NFL; so I was like, ‘I’m going to take my son down there so he could see Dre and see Snoop and everybody,'” he said.

“‘Cause he hadn’t seen him since he was in the NFL. So I couldn’t even get backstage. I called everybody I knew. Nobody would answer their phones. I couldn’t get backstage, none of that. I didn’t give a fuck about performing, I just wanted to take my son down there to see all my folks and see everybody.”

Snoop and Dre have not yet responded to Warren G’s claims.

Last tear, Warren was forced to deny Suge Knight’s claims that Dr. Dre used to slap him around during Death Row’s heyday.

Suge said on his Collect Call podcast: “You know when you was trying to use the phone when you wasn’t supposed to in front of Andre [Dr. Dre] — your brother — slapped your ass around so much you start saying, ‘Okay blood. Okay blood. Please don’t do it no more, I’m sorry.’ You can say that that didn’t happen, but everybody knows it’s true.”

Warren denied the incident happened: “Suge, you right. History would repeat itself, because n-gga you wasn’t the only n-gga in the room, n-gga. You wasn’t by yourself. It was other people in the room, too. I’m not gonna say no names because like you said, we don’t talk…So why you on here talking? Let that shit go, man.”

    1. All fake thugs all these California rappers are like this outside Eazy E. Daylyt pretends now but he admits to wearing pink dresses to outdo young thug and hooking up with guys and glazing emimen.

    2. Keeping that Warren G “Regulate” and “Nobody does it better” (both featuring Nate Dogg) on constant rotation, regardless.

      1. Solid songs, but can’t say I’ve kept anything o constant rotation fit 30 years straight lol. Gets old

      2. @Hern I agree. I listen to it from time to time, with huge space of time in between. Definitely not even a daily, weekly or monthly constant rotation. Lol.

    3. Warren G is still iced out cool in his own right. Your star still shines bright, bro.

    4. Isn’t his son in the NFL now? Probably should take the hint that those flaky mofos aren’t really your friends and don’t see any reason to fuck with you if they can’t get anything out of it. Even when they first got on at Death Row, they weren’t fucking with him. Pac had put him on with getting him production placements on Poetic Justice. If not for that, dude never would have gotten on with anything.

      1. That same “guy who never would’ve gotten on” literally single handedly saved Def Jam with “Regulate”
If Warren didn’t drop that G-Funk bomb, Def Jam might’ve folded which means no DMX run, no Jay-Z takeover, none of it. So yeah, put some respect on that man’s accidental hero status.

      1. Warren didn’t ever work with him much, which was always odd to me. I just thought Dre thought he wasn’t that good since they had very different styles. Warren’s shit is more melodic, and Dre leaned more into funk back in the 90s and has evolved according to who his ghost producer camp is. He did work with Quik though, and he and Warren had similar styles back then to me. Dre just a shitty person if we’re being real. Like who just wakes up one day and cuts off their teenage kids?

    5. That’s messed up… U can a person all u want and they’ll be ungrateful.. Them friends only there for a season not a lifetime.. U ever hear Snoop going to go CMurder? No cause that’s just who.he is after that man put his life on the line for someone he hardly knows.. Same thing with Cube.. When know one was going to ridé with him Mack 10 was there when no one else was against Cypress Hill.. Dre is like that he have his favorite and so do Snoop. Just walk away…

    6. Damn Warren a grown man that knows every person got their own journey. Must be you then. There is a huge reason why they didnt gave him the card to deathrowrecords. Watch G funk documentary and see yourself. This dude is a lil girl
