Minnesota’s Doomtree crew is back and is prepping the release of its latest effort for next month. According to a recent press release, the seven-person collective, which is comprised of members P.O.S., Dessa, Sims, Cecil Otter, Mike Mictlan, Lazerbeak and Paper Tiger, is gearing up to drop its third LP No Kings this November 22.
No Kings, the group’s first album since their 2008 self-titled release, is set to drop on Doomtree’s imprint on both CD and vinyl. The group is also offering a super deluxe pre-order of the album on both formats that will include a limited edition t-shirt, commemorative box, black nickel metal logo pin, two clear stickers, and double sided poster autographed by all members.
Ordering the deluxe pre-order package also automatically enters fans into the chance to win two passes to Doomtree’s seven-day event Doomtree Blowout this December. One lucky fan will win an all-inclusive pass to the event that grants VIP access to all seven shows as well as other items.
Fans looking to cop the pre-order to No Kings can hit up Doomtree’s website for more information.
fuk dem niggas
Most of them are white, you fucking retard.
Why?
Doomtree is one of the best live shows that I’ve ever been at. P.O.S. is one of the most slept on emcees in the underground game probably the third best emcee on the Rhymesayers roster (behind Brother Ali, and Slug, however Blueprint it quite bad ass, as well). I have every solo album from all of the Doomtree members (Except Dessa, I don’t like her) and they all bring some heat.
