Diddy is looking to get a wrongful termination lawsuit from a former nanny tossed out on the basis that she simply just wasn’t that good at her job.

According to a report from Radar Online on Wednesday (May 17), the Bad Boy mogul filed documents asking a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to dismiss all claims brought by his ex-nanny, Raven Wales-Walden.

The woman, who is allegedly a relative of his late ex, Kim Porter, sued Diddy in 2022 accusing him of terminating her employment after she informed him she was pregnant in 2020.

In his response, Diddy argued the case should be dismissed because Raven failed to “satisfactorily perform her job responsibilities, and otherwise conduct herself in accordance with the standards and policies of Combs Defendants.”

He also said he took “reasonable steps to prevent and correct workplace discrimination (if any) and to implement internal grievance processes designed to respond to, correct, remedy, or otherwise avoid the alleged harm, if any, and [Raven] unreasonably failed to utilize the preventive and corrective measures that the Combs Defendants provided, and reasonable use of such procedures would have prevented at least some of the harm (if any) that [Raven] alleges to have suffered.”

He added that his actions weren’t discriminatory – and he has reason to believe Raven was “not performing all of her job duties as required, that there were some days that [Raven] received compensation for work that was not performed, thus resulting in wages being paid to [Raven] that were not owed.”

In Raven’s suit, which also names Tri Star Sports and others, she claimed she became a full-time nanny to Diddy’s twin daughters, D’Lila and Jessie James, after their mother, Kim Porter, died from pneumonia in November 2018.

When she fell pregnant in August 2020 and requested maternity leave, Puff is alleged to have grown “infuriated” and fired her around the time her maternity leave was due to begin.

Raven claims she was told by the mogul’s reps that she was let go because she “set a bad example” for his daughters by being pregnant and unmarried. She’s seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.

In his unofficial response immediately following the suit, Diddy vehemently denied the allegations, calling the lawsuit a “meritless shakedown” and refuting Raven’s claim she is related to Kim Porter.
