Diddy‘s sexual assault lawsuit, filed by producer Lil Rod, is under scrutiny as multiple women have refuted claims that they were underage when partying with the mogul.

Speaking to TMZ, Puff’s lawyer Shawn Holley says that two women have come forward after they identified themselves in pictures contained in Rod’s explosive lawsuit.

A woman named Chelsea has come forward to say she is one of the people in the pictures and that she is in fact 33years old.

Holley also says that another woman in one of the photographs is actually 32-year-old Stephanie Rao, the girlfriend of Diddy’s son Justin Combs who was also named in the lawsuit.

TMZ also reports that another one of Lil Rod’s claims may be false.

In his $30 million lawsuit, Rod claimed that Diddy and Justin were involved in an argument that led to gunfire and one person being injured in a recording studio. Rod alleged that Diddy covered the incident up.

According to TMZ‘s sources, a victim was robbed and shot by two assailants outside of the studio, with arrests being made. Two suspects are currently awaiting trial for the incident.

In response to the claims, Lil Rod’s attorney Tyrone Blackburn said: “Thanks to Shawn Holley, Sean Combs and Justin Combs are on a fast track to the same fate as Tory Lanze [sic] and Danny Masterson.”

There have been other doubts regarding Lil Rod’s lawsuit. In the filing, he claimed Diddy made him watch a video of producer Stevie J having sex with another man, but adult film star Knockout has since come forward to say it is actually him in the screenshots that were included in the filing.

Stevie J also denied the claims, writing on Instagram: “I wasn’t that guy the last time x I ain’t never gonna be that guy I’m one of Gods favorites don’t play with my name.”

The lawsuit also included an alleged picture of Lil Rod with Cuba Gooding Jr., who the producer claims groped him on a yacht.

There has been doubt cast on whether it actually is Rod in the picture, but the producer’s attorney has claimed that it is and that they have further video proof.

Diddy has vehemently denied the claims within Lil Rod’s lawsuit, which includes allegations of sexual harassment, grooming, drugging and threats of violence.

He said in a statement through Holley: “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”

Holley added: “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with [Lil Rod]’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”

This is the fifth sexual assault lawsuit filed against Diddy since November when he was accused of rape by his ex-girlfriend Cassie.

The former couple quickly settled the suit for an undisclosed sum, with the record executive maintaining his innocence.

He is currently fighting three other lawsuits in court, including one that claims he and two other men gang raped a 17-year-old girl in his recording studio in 2003.
