Diddy has been hit with yet more criminal charges as a third superseding indictment has been filed against him.

Prosecutors have slapped the Bad Boy boss with two further charges, accusing him of using force, fraud or coercion to compel a woman to engage in commercial sex acts between 2021 and 2024.

The indictment also accuses Puffy of transporting said woman (identified in legal documents as “Victim-2”) and sex workers to engage in prostitution.

Prosecutors have also said that they expect four accusers to testify against Diddy at trial, which is due to begin next month.

Through his legal team, the mogul denied the claims, saying: “These are not new allegations or new accusers. These are the same individuals, former long-term girlfriends, who were involved in consensual relationships. This was their private sex life, defined by consent, not coercion.”

It has also been reported that Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie plans to testify against her former partner at his upcoming trial.

According to TMZ, the singer, who is believed to be “Victim-1” in Diddy’s indictment, is “prepared to testify under her own name.”

Cassie was the first high-profile figure to sue the 55-year-old for sexual assault and sex trafficking in November 2023, starting a tidal wave of similar lawsuits.

The suit was settled the following day for an undisclosed amount, but much of her allegations would form the basis of the sex trafficking and racketeering charges against Diddy.

The mogul’s trial is currently set to begin on May 12, a week later than originally planned.

The trial was recently pushed back to give both sides extra time to figure out jury selection, motions and disclosure of evidence after the first two superseding indictments filed against Diddy.

The record executive had also previously attempted to have the 2016 security footage of him attacking Cassie in a hotel corridor barred from being used as evidence during the trial as he claimed it had been “altered.”

However, prosecutors revealed that they were in possession of the original footage.

Diddy’s request to have unrestricted access to the “freak off” videos that Cassie provided as evidence was also recently denied, with prosecutors claiming that he is showcasing a “willingness to violate the Protective Order in order to embarrass” her.
