Diddy has been hit with yet another shocking lawsuit, this time accusing him of sleeping with a minor at a sex party where he also allegedly hired another underage girl.
In the suit, which was filed on Friday (February 14) and obtained by TMZ, the unnamed female plaintiff claims that she was hired by the Bad Boy boss around 2020 when she was just 15 to attend a warehouse party in Miami.

The woman, who claims she had been sex trafficked since the age of 12, says she was drugged at the event (but not by Diddy) before being led to a curtained-off area which included a bed.
The girl was then forced to have sex with around 20 men over the course of several hours, the lawsuit alleges.

Diddy is not accused of being one of those men, but the plaintiff claims that he was nearby and had sex with another girl hired for the party that she estimated was only 12 or 13 years old.
The woman is represented by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who is behind a large number of lawsuits filed against Diddy.

The rap mogul’s legal team denied the claims contained within the suit, saying: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.
“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Diddy, who is currently in jail awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, did recently receive some good news regarding one of the more than 40 lawsuits filed against him.
A complaint filed by Buzbee which accused Puffy, as well as JAY-Z, of raping a 13-year-old girl at a party in 2000 was dropped by the accuser last week after heavy scrutiny over her claims.
Diddy’s legal team welcomed the dismissal, saying in a statement: “Today’s complete dismissal without a settlement by the 1-800 attorney is yet another confirmation that these lawsuits are built on falsehoods, not facts.
“For months, we have seen case after case filed by individuals hiding behind anonymity, pushed forward by an attorney more focused on media headlines than legal merit. Just like this claim, the others will fall apart because there is no truth to them.”

JAY-Z, who had previously denied the allegations while launching his own legal war on Buzbee, also celebrated the development.
“Today is a victory. The frivolous, fictitous and appalling allegations have been dismissed. This civil suit was never going anywhere,” he said in a statement shared online by Roc Nation.

“The fictional tale they created was laughable, if not for the seriousness of the claims. I would not wish this experience on anyone. The trauma that my wife, my children, loves ones and I have endured can never be dismissed.”
