Diddy‘s son King Combs has been hit with a sexual assault lawsuit of his own in the wake of the myriad of similar charges against his embattled father.

The suit, which was filed on Thursday (April 4) in Los Angeles Superior Court, also lists the Bad Boy mogul as a defendant, according to court documents obtained by NBC News.

Grace O’Marcaigh, the plaintiff in the case, alleges that the Hip Hop scion raped her in 2022, just a few days before Diddy threw his annual New Year’s Eve yacht party. What’s more, O’Marcaigh alleges that the the yacht party in question was advertised as a “wholesome family event,” but that it turned into a “hedonistic environment” before she knew it.

“Like father, like son,” said attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who is representing both O’Marcaigh and producer Lil Rod, who filed a similar suit against Diddy in February, in a statement after the filing was made public. “It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has clearly adopted his father’s pattern and practice of depravity.”

Aaron Dyer, attorney for both King Combs and Diddy, responded to the lawsuit with a statement that focused largely on Blackburn:

“This is just another lewd and meritless claim from Tyrone Blackburn — just like what he filed in the Rodney Jones lawsuit, which he still has not served. This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect from Blackburn.  This is exactly why the federal judge in New York slapped him two days ago for a ‘pattern of behavior’ in ‘improperly [filing] cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly,’ and why he was referred to the disciplinary committee in the Southern District of New York. We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.”

This lawsuit comes just days after King Combs broke his silence following the federal raids of his father’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles.

The aspiring rapper took to his Snapchat on March 29 to imply that people didn’t know the full story.

“Stop with the [blue cap emoji],” he wrote, simply, without any further comment. King Combs also didn’t tag anyone in his post, so it’s unclear whom he was addressing.

On March 25, TMZ reported that the 54-year-old mogul’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles were being raided, with at least two helicopters patrolling the airspace above the latter.

A Homeland Security Investigations representative told the publication: “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available.”

The case is reportedly being handled by the Southern District of New York and is connected to multiple allegations recently brought against Diddy for sexual harassment and misconduct.

Additionally, FOX11 shared a video that showed several people handcuffed on his property in Southern California — one of whom, it turned out, was King Combs himself.

Diddy’s home in Los Angeles, CA, was left in a messy state after Homeland Security raided the property as part of a sex trafficking probe into the Bad Boy Records founder.

Leaked footage obtained by TMZ shows that federal agents did not leave the house in a tidy manner, with items and belongings strewn everywhere.

It is not known where the footage originates from, but drawers can be seen pulled open, documents lying everywhere, safes broken into and computers torn apart.

A close-up of a computer shows that the hard drives had been removed while a living area was turned upside down with chairs lying on their side and cuddly toys thrown on the floor.

The raids also resulted in a surreal moment where film director Ridley Scott was unable to return home as the roads were blocked by law enforcement.

The American Gangster director, who is a neighbor of Diddy’s, was pictured observing the situation from the sidewalk.
