Diddy’s legal troubles are showing no signs of going away any time soon, and he has expressed his frustration in a new motion against his former nanny.

According to Radar Online, the Bad Boy Records mogul has responded to Raven Wales-Walden’s claim that he did not comply when asked to turn over crucial documents in the ongoing lawsuit against him alleging her wrongful termination.

She previously asked to be paid $5,000 in compensation, about which her lawyer said that the “defendants have been completely evasive in their discovery responses.”

The businessman and rapper has since submitted the paperwork in question, after which he even took the opportunity to discredit the plaintiff.

“Instead of filing the Motion and wasting Court and party resources, [Raven] should have consulted with [Diddy] on a production schedule in order to understand when they would be producing the documents they committed to,” his rep told the court. “Sanctions are not warranted under these circumstances because the documents sought have been produced, the Motion was irrelevant to [Diddy’s] production, and [Raven’s] counsel manufactured a dispute that did not exist.”

In May, Diddy was looking to get the case tossed out based on Walden’s incompetence at her job. In mid-May, he filed documents asking a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to dismiss all claims brought against him.

The plaintiff, who claims to be a relative of the 54-year-old’s late ex, Kim Porter, sued Diddy in 2022 for allegedly terminating her employment after she informed him she was pregnant two years prior.

In his response, he argued the case should be dismissed because she failed to “satisfactorily perform her job responsibilities, and otherwise conduct herself in accordance with the standards and policies of Combs Defendants.”

He also said he took “reasonable steps to prevent and correct workplace discrimination (if any) and to implement internal grievance processes designed to respond to, correct, remedy, or otherwise avoid the alleged harm, if any, and [Raven] unreasonably failed to utilize the preventive and corrective measures that the Combs Defendants provided, and reasonable use of such procedures would have prevented at least some of the harm (if any) that [Raven] alleges to have suffered.”

He added that his actions weren’t discriminatory, and that he has reason to believe his former employee was “not performing all of her job duties as required, that there were some days that [Raven] received compensation for work that was not performed, thus resulting in wages being paid to [Raven] that were not owed.”

In her suit, which also names Tri Star Sports and others, Walden claimed she became a full-time nanny to Diddy’s twin daughters, D’Lila and Jessie James, after their mother died from pneumonia in November 2018.

When she got pregnant in August 2020 and requested maternity leave, Puff apparently grew “infuriated” and fired her around the time her break was due to begin.

She claims the mogul’s reps told her her she was fired because she “set a bad example” for his daughters by being unmarried and having a child. She is currently seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.

In his unofficial response following the suit, Diddy vehemently denied the allegations, calling them a “meritless shakedown” and even refuting Raven’s claim that she is related to Kim Porter.
