Diddy‘s former chief of staff Kristina Khorram has addressed the sexual assault allegations made against the Bad Boy Records founder.
Khorram has been named in various sexual assault and sex trafficking lawsuits against Puffy, accused of aiding his alleged criminal behavior.

In a statement to Rolling Stone, Khorram denied any wrongdoing and called the allegations “false” and “unthinkable.”
“For months, horrific accusations have been made about me in various lawsuits regarding my former boss,” she said. “These false allegations of my involvement are causing irreparable and incalculable damage to my reputation and the emotional well-being of myself and my family. I have never condoned or aided and abetted the sexual assault of anyone. Nor have I ever drugged anyone.”

She added: “The idea that I could be accused of playing a role in — or even being a bystander to — the rape of anyone is beyond upsetting, disturbing, and unthinkable. That is not who I am and my heart goes out to all victims of sexual assault. I am confident that the allegations against me will be proven to be untrue.”
Khorram began working for Diddy since 2013 and was promoted to his chief of staff in 2020.
He previously credited her with “keep[ing] everything in my life and my business running” and said he would “not know how I’d function without her.”
A rep confirmed that she has since left the mogul’s employment, although it is not clear when that took place.
She was photographed sitting next to Puffy in late 2023 in the days after his ex-girlfriend Cassie first accused him of sexual assault and sex trafficking, kickstarting a tidal wave of lawsuits and criminal charges.
In Lil Rod’s lawsuit that was filed last year, the producer claimed that he reported Diddy’s sexual harassment to Khorram who allegedly responded: “You know, Sean will be Sean.”

He also described her as the “Ghislaine Maxwell to Sean Combs’ Jeffrey Epstein,” in reference to the two infamous sex traffickers.
Rod further alleged that Khorram was responsible for paying sex workers and required employees to carry around bags of illegal drugs for Diddy and his alleged “freak off” partners.
Diddy has previously denied the claims contained within Lil Rod’s lawsuit and labeled them as “fiction.”
