Diddy has been accused of drugging and raping three men in recent years in the latest wave of lawsuits against the embattled mogul.

The complaints were filed anonymously on Thursday (December 12) in New York state Supreme Court by lawyer Thomas Giuffra, according to the Associated Press, adding to Diddy’s mounting sexual assault lawsuits and federal sex trafficking case.

The alleged incidents took place between 2019 and 2022 and followed a “frighteningly consistent” pattern, according to Guiffra, where the Bad Boy boss would lure the men to his house or a hotel room, ply them with spiked drinks and then rape them.

Diddy’s legal team has denied the allegations, saying in a statement: “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”

One of the men, who worked for Diddy between 2006 and 2018, claims he was sexually assaulted by his former employer at a Manhattan hotel in 2020, where they met to discuss money he was owed from his job.

According to the lawsuit, Diddy served him a drink and within minutes he felt “very sleepy.” The man then claims that he later woke up to find Diddy raping him.

When he tried to stop him, Diddy allegedly told him, “I’m almost done.”

Another anonymous male accuser claims he was invited to an afterparty hosted by the rap mogul at a luxury NYC hotel in 2019, where he was offered a “cocktail” that he had personally made.

After losing consciousness, the man woke up on a sofa to find Puffy rapping him as a man and a woman sat on a nearby bed and recorded the attack, the suit claims.

The alleged victim says he was given $2,500 the following morning and was told it was from Diddy.

The third plaintiff claims he was drugged and raped by Diddy and “associates from Bad Boy Records” at a party at his Hamptons mansion in the summer of 2020.

All three men are seeking unspecified damages from Diddy and his companies, along with a jury trial.

The Bad Boy Records founder is currently jailed in Brooklyn awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, which he has pleaded not guilty to.

The case centers around Diddy’s alleged “freak offs,” which prosecutors have described as nonconsensual sex parties where the mogul would force women to sleep with male sex workers while he masturbated to and recorded them.

The trial is set to begin next May.
