Mississippi native David Banner is well-known as a rapper, dropping hits through out his career like “Like A Pimp” and “Play.” Some however may not be as well-acquainted with his acting prowess.
Banner recently released four parts of his Walking With Gods short film series. The four videos highlight an African-American superhero named Alex who goes through a journey of “Walking Through Gods.” In the opening scene, Banner is seen slumped over and is eventually shot in the head by someone he doesn’t know.
David Banner is not new to the acting scene. He’s appeared in numerous movies and short films including playing the part of Tehronne in Black Snake Moan and the character of Mo, in the film This Christmas. Banner also appeared in the hit movie Lee Daniels’ The Butler this year.

So what it’s low budget, yet I LOVE this!!! David Banner is a great actor and this concept is definitely past due. Contrary to popular belief, our history doesn’t start and end with MLK or Malcolm X…Shine on brother; as long as the Most High’s light dwell in you, no one else’s opinion should even matter!
David Banner is TRASH. Hahaha. These self-righteous rappers with this “God” title. They will never never NEVER be on THE MOST HIGH’s Level!!!
