DaniLeigh has been arrested for three felonies as part of a hit and run while driving under the influence in Miami Beach this week.
According to TMZ, Dani was booked early Tuesday morning (May 30) after she allegedly hit a person on a moped and attempted to flee the scene.

Eyewitnesses who claim to have seen the accident, allege the victim was dragged for about a block after DaniLeigh was seen swerving in and out of lanes at high speeds.
Paperwork obtained by TMZ said cops caught up with the singer and allegedly smelled alcohol on Dani who failed a field sobriety test and took a breathalyzer where she blew nearly twice the legal limit (0.148).

She was then arrested and booked on three felonies which include “driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property.”
As for the victim driving the motorized scooter, they were transported to a local hospital where they were diagnosed with a lacerated kidney and fractured spine as a result of the crash.
The 28-year-old had garnered momentum on the music side in 2023 with the release of her Bongo-produced “Tasty” bop in late April.
Earlier this month, DaniLeigh also revealed that she helped provide additional choreography for the dancing in Beyoncé’s Rennaisance World Tour — which she dubbed a “dream come true.”

DaniLeigh had been booked and busy throughout May as she performed in NYC last week as part of the Smirnoff ICE Relaunch Tour and was spotted getting some rest and relaxation in The Bahamas.
