“N-ggas ask why I go so God damn hard/Cus when I came up shit was so damn hard/Daddy wasn’t home momma worked like a slave/That’s why I’m so focused when it come to getting paid/That’s why I talk that money shit and dream of better days,” Dupri narrates his humble beginnings while sporting a flat top haircut he hasn’t been able to grow for about two decades.

Curren$y takes the baton and rhymes: “I just re-did the floors for what they charged the boy I could’ve bought another foreign car/Life above the law/From above here I could see it all/Perfect flow, she dug the dimple in my jaw/I dug a beauty mole above her lip so here we are!”

Curren$y and JD’s collab effort is slated to be titled For Motivational Use Only Vol. 1 and will arrive at some point later this year, which will serve as the JetLife CEO’s first project of 2023.

“Just in the title for motivational use only. I think from that you can derive what you’re going to hear,” the 41-year-old New Orleans dignitary relayed in an interview with VIBE.

“You’re going to be pushed to get money, to count that money, invest that money wisely, and then once you flipped it once or two times, then maybe get yourself a little something and then continue and rinse and repeat. That’s what it’s about.”

Spitta continued: “We got 40 songs saved so we got music, we don’t even have to go in the studio again and we can roll out four volumes without going to the studio again, and we not going to stop.”
