Creadio Changes In-Store Music Experience

    Will Lucas wanted to change the type of music and ads heard in stores. He says he was always surprised when he’d be in a store and hear a commercial for one of its competitors. Thus, he launched Creadio, a company that creates playlists that are live-streamed into stores and that are instantly updatable.

    “The content we actually talk about comes from the brands,” Lucas says in an interview with PotentialofUs.com. “Part of the value proposition for Creadio is that it’s live-streamed to those stores. It’s not pre-recorded content.”

    One example of how Creadio works is that a manager could notice a patron is in their store and update the playlist to play one of their favorite songs in the store within minutes.
