Charleston White found himself in the FBI’s sights this week after being accused of kidnapping Asian women and holding them hostage with guns and explosives.
A video emerged on Monday (March 13) showing the internet personality and former gang leader being stopped by law enforcement outside of a convenience store in his native Texas.

White could be seen being led into the back of a police car by two officers before a group of men in smart-casual attire — presumably FBI agents — appeared on the scene.
After being let go, Charleston White detailed his brush with the law in a phone conversation with a friend that he recorded on Instagram Live, while claiming the kidnapping allegations are false.
“I got picked up by the FBI. While the FBI were picking me up, they was at my momma’s house. Somebody called the FBI with a picture when I bought that M50 two weeks ago. They emailed that picture to the FBI today, with me holding that M50 at the gun store,” White explained.
“And they said that I got Asian girls — now, this what the FBI said they said — they said I got Asian girls held hostage with Glocks, switches and bombs. What they did was, they was watching my Live! ‘Cause they watch my Live all the time.”

Just days earlier, Charleston White went on a racist, vitriolic rant against rapper China Mac and the Asian community on Instagram Live, during which he said he believes “Chinese women should be raped brutally by big dick, well-hung Black men” and “Chinese babies should be killed and sodomized.”
A video of him showing off his aforementioned new gun contained more hateful words aimed at China Mac.
“I want the smoke, China! China Mac! Bitch, I’m one of the only n-ggas that got one of these. .50 cal! And I’m ready for whatever, n-gga!” he said. “Fuck is you talkin’ ’bout?! China Mac, I’ll go to war with you and your whole country, n-gga. China, Vietnam. Fuck you!”

In his phone call, Charleston White went on to explain that he was initially pulled over by Fort Worth police officers, who informed him that the FBI wanted to question him. When FBI agents arrived, White admitted feeling a little unsettled.
“When the FBI get out here, four white guys that look like them n-ggas that take them drug dealer n-ggas to jail to make them tell, all them got out the car, and they wasn’t smiling,” he said. “Boy, they looked mean than a muthafucka!
“By the time they opened the door, they said, ‘Mr. White.’ Boy, that made me feel a little better ’cause they was smiling now. And they had some papers in their hand, and they said, ‘We got some reports that you got some hostages, some Asian girls being held hostage.’ I said, ‘Awww, man!’ ‘And they said you got some Glocks with some switches.’
He continued: “I said, ‘No. Do y’all want to go to the house and check the guns?’ They said, ‘Nah, we done already been by there.’ I said, ‘Damn!’ So then they said, ‘Asian girls being held hostage. Glocks and switches and bombs.’
“They showed me the picture when I was at Cole Black Farm when I bought that .50 cal. He said, ‘You bought this today and been threatening people?’ I said, ‘No, I bought that three weeks ago.'”
White then commended the police offers for treating him well while framing the FBI’s interest in him as a badge of honor for himself and a warning to his enemies.
“Boy, the police sure are good to me,” he added. “They let me leave my gun in the car and lock the car door, and they didn’t even put handcuffs on me. And they put the AC on for me, I had got cold back there … ‘And let the window down a little bit ’cause I’m claustrophobic.’ He done all that.

“Boy, sure is good to know the FBI watching me. That sure gives me a level of protection and security, so I don’t know why these guys would be getting on here threatening me, man, with the FBI watching me like this. They told me!”
As for how the police were able to track him down, White said he was told they were watching his Instagram Live.
