Chamillionaire Applauds J.K. Rowling’s Use Of “Ridin'”

J.K. Rowling has made a name for herself as a master of words, most notably with the Harry Potter series.

The author flexed her pen yesterday (February 17) in response to a critic and quoted lyrics from Chamillionaire’s 2009 hit, “Ridin‘.”

“They see me Rowlin’ They hatin’,” she writes in response to someone who accuses her of being a bully.

Chamillionaire responded to the author, applauding her use of his song.

@jk_rowling I was gonna remix your tweet to “We see them trollin” but you already took home the Grammy. Touche’.”

    1. This is sooo dope!!! Made my morning! This is what makes Social media worth it despite all the hate that goes on. Two artists who’d never have a connection get to make one and fans get to see it happen. Wonderful stuff. Thanks Ms. Hernandez.
