Cardi B has attacked Donald Trump for his immigration raids in Los Angeles and subsequent reaction to protests in the city.
Cardi, who was a vocal of supporter of Kamala Harris in last year’s election, said on X Spaces: “He always gives dictatorship vibe. I tried to warn people that this was going to happen. I don’t know nobody anymore in the White House. I don’t know a representative. I don’t know nobody in there. And if I talk about it every single day, he is not going to care.
“Actually, I feel like if I talk about it every single day, he’s going to deport more people on purpose to show you. … Like, ‘Bitch, I run this country.’”
She went on to call for Trump to show some “compassion” towards immigrant communities.

Cardi is not the only female Hip Hop star to call out Trump.
Doechii dedicated her speech at the BET Awards to slamming the president’s actions over the last week.
Taking to the stage to accept her award, the TDE rapper turned her speech into a fierce critique of Trump while protesters face off against ICE agents in Los Angeles.
She said: “There are ruthless attacks that are creating fear and chaos in our communities in the name of law and order.”

The “Anxiety” rapper continued to call out the president’s use of force: “Trump is using military forces to stop a protest. I want you all to consider what kind of government it appears to be when every time we exercise our democratic right to protest, the military is deployed against us. What type of government is that?”
She added: “People are being swept up and torn from their families. I feel like it’s my responsibility as an artist to use this moment to speak up for all oppressed people … We all deserve to live in hope and not fear. I hope we stand together.”
The Game also came out in support of Los Angeles’ Mexican communities as protests continue across the city with Trump now deploying the National Guard as well as active Marines to deal with the escalating situation.
