Cardi B has found a fun way to celebrate Cinco De Mayo with her cool dance moves, and even joked about her rumored Mexican heritage.

Cinco De Mayo is a yearly celebration held on May 5 to celebrate Mexico’s victory over the Second French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862. In honor of this holiday, the Bronx-born rapper posted a video on Twitter showing off her moves to the remix of the popular Mexican track “La Chona.”

“HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO you filthy Americans !!!!!,” she wrote in the post’s caption.

Following her post, a fan commented that she was “never beating the Mexican allegations,” to which she responded and pointed out that since it had already been alleged that she was Mexican, she should “embrace” her roots.

“I mean they claim I’m Mexican… I might as well embrace my new nationality lol,” she wrote in a since-deleted tweet. In reality, however, the rapper has Dominican and Trinidadian roots.

In other related news, the rapper recently gave us another peek into her personal life, but this time she turned up the heat to help her husband Offset with a “spicy” challenge.
