Cardi B is determined to show that she has income from a lot more sources than social media posts plugging fast fashion — including a mid-eight-figure tour offer.

The rapper hopped on X Spaces on Tuesday (December 3), and responded to fan feedback about her brand partnerships, like this Instagram post plugging Shein, posted on the day of the X Spaces conversation.

“People say that I’m surviving off Shein deals and brand deals?” she asked, indignantly.

In response, she posted what appeared to be text messages from an agent from this past fall, laying out a tour offer for a total of $65 million, half of which she would receive upon signing.

“I want to let y’all know that I could wake up tomorrow and sign a contract, and I would have half of $65 million, or half of $70 million, in my bank,” she said.

Cardi went on to explain that she hadn’t accepted any tour offers yet because she was waiting on the release of her long-anticipated sophomore album.

“I don’t want to take tour deals until I announce my album,” she said. “‘Cause when I announce my album, I know they’re gonna up it. You gotta move smart… You can’t act hungry, especially when you’re not.”

Later on in the Spaces session, Bardi said that her expenses will sometimes run $3 million a month. She touched on a similar topic during another X Spaces talk late last month, when she revealed how much she gets paid per show as well as the staggering amount of money she spends each month on living costs.

Speaking on X Spaces on November 27, the Bronx bombshell began by explaining how her relationship with money was shaped by growing up around drug dealers, who blew all of their illicit earnings instead of making smart investments.

However, watching them did give Cardi a “hustler mentality” which has powered her to fame and fortune.

“Every four months, I get a big fat check off of all the songs that I’ve dropped,” she said. “Everybody that was involved with the album, we all get a nice check. So I still get paid from my music alone.

“Music is my biggest revenue. I get paid $1.5 million to do shows in America. And it depends on the venue, because if the venue’s big, I gotta get $2 million. If I’m going out of the state, I’m getting $2.5 [million]. If people are giving me money to promote something, I’m gonna take the money.”

The “WAP” hitmaker then turned her attention to her eye-watering outgoings, saying: “There are bills and something to be paid every single fucking day. Even if I don’t step out of the house, there are bills to pay.”

Cardi proceeded to list off some of her many expenditures, including a cleaning service at her home, 24-hour security, a round-the-clock car service, a nanny who is paid $3,500 (presumably per week) to look after her 6-year-old daughter Kulture and another nanny who charges $700 per day to look after her two-month-old baby.

The mother-of-three also employs a full-time house manager and spends upwards of $5,000 on hair and makeup and at least $8,000 on outfits “just so I can step out the house.”

Cardi further revealed that she recently spent $50,000 on Christmas decorations alone and splurged $2 million on herself in October — including almost $300,000 on jewelry from Elliot Eliantte — “because I’m divorced, I’m single and shopping makes me feel good.”
